A: Your Download Manager is pre-loading an encrypted version of the file you've reserved. It will remain locked until the file is officially released, so you won't be able to do anything with the file yet. It's best to leave the files in that folder alone while it's pre-loading.


Q: I've Pre-Loaded the File ... Now What?

A: The file you've requested is on your machine but it will remain locked until the moment the file is officially released. In order to unlock the file leave your download manager running - you can just hide it in your system tray. The moment the file is released your Download Manager will unlock it for you -- you'll be the first to play!


Q: I Reserved or Pre-Loaded a File but Shut Down my Download Manager. How do I restart?

A: Simply restart the download manager to pick up where you left off. You can restart your download manager via your Start Menu: Start > Programs > IGN Download Manager > Download Manager, or by clicking on any file reserve link on the FilePlanet website.
