Mod of the Month - Project Reality
We've started a new feature on FilePlanet, a coveted "Mod of the Month" award that goes to the truly exceptional creation and its creator every month. Privileges of the honor included bragging rights with a snazzy banner, pimpage on our front page and a week vacation off work (just tell your boss we said so). Seriously though, the hard work and dedication out there consistently astounds us - not to mention the professional quality from something just done in the spare time of many of these fine folk.
Our June modification of the month is Project Reality. Originally released early in 2006, this steadily updated modification for Battlefield 2 has a passionate following and wickedly authentic gameplay. Many of the individuals who help create the game actually have an armed service background and creating a realistic experience is of paramount importance. You can check out the mod over here!
We look forward to their ongoing releases as they barrel their way to v1.0, the completed version of the mod that will include a FULL British faction with classes, weaponry, and vehicles to boot. Congratulations Project Reality, thank you for being the reason we've kept Battlefield 2 installed and making it worthwhile - we salute you!
