This isn't that big of a readme file but here's what this rez does:

It turns the thiefs into rats, it also makes the rats, bone leeches, and hands come off easier :)

All you have to do to get this rez to work for ya is put it in your custom folder in your blood2 directory. Then go to the customize button and highlight my rez, Rat&slow.rez and click add. Then check the box that says always load this custom rez file. That's it!
