A REZ file that changes the HUD to a smaller, less intrusive version that gives a more open feel to the display. I've removed the frames and re-sized the number font, life and armour indicators but left the items and weapon icons the same. I've also changed the text font colour to a more suitable blood-red.
Simply unzip the MiniHUD.rez file into the "custom" folder within Blood2, then select MiniHUD.rez in the customize dialog when launching the game.
This should work on all versions as its only an external file modification.
