This is a VERY early concept demo of Sons of Valor, the free mmorpg built on the Torque Game Engine. This version is nothing more than a medieval deathmatch in a very tiny town. This contains network code that will allow you to host your own deathmatch server for others to play on. This version is not certified or extensively tested and currently supports only OpenGL, primarily on the nVidia chipsets.The Sons of Valor Concept Demo was built only 3 weeks into the concept stage to try out some ideas. It is a functional Medieval Death Match including the ability to host your own DM server. There are no points, skills, or any identifiers other than your name: Just some swords, a crossbow, a small town, and the ability to run around and hack each other's arms off. Sons of Valor will be released on a monthly/bi-monthly bases with new functionality as it is ready after the initial .01 release in a few months. The goal of SoV is to be a mmorpg of the same caliber as many of the commercial mmorpgs out there, but for free. You can learn more at www.sonsofvalor.com .
