Here is the Warrior Kings patch to bring you to version 1.3 for the United Kingdom version of this great RTS. See additional information for details on what's included in this update.
Corrections and enhancements
This new patch fix the following problems :
- GameSpy compatibility problem corrected. It will now be possible to
connect to GameSpy in the normal way.
This new patch enhance the following points :
- Balancing modifications made to some unit attributes:
>Attack rate slowed for Celestial Pikeman, Spearman, Warrioress Of The
Dawn and Monastic Knight.
> Missile attack rate increased for Javelineer, Huntress Of The Sun and
Mounted Huntress.
Installation
1.Before installing the patch, please make sure that you have the following :
- Original UK version (Not the US version)
- Patch 1.2 must be installed over the original UK version. To know the version number, check the in-game menu in the lower right corner: if version 1.2 is shown, please proceed to step 3. If you don't see anything, proceed to step 2.
2. If no version number appears on the screen, you haven't installed patch 1.2 : Download this patch at warriorkings.com, then follow the installation procedures. Restart your computer before proceeding further. Once you have installed version 1.2 and restarted your computer, please proceed to step 3.
3. Make sure that you have the official 1.3 patch: download this patch at www.warriorkings.com
4. Doubleclick the patch 1.3 icon, and follow the installation procedures. - BEWARE ! - The install process may take a lot of time on some computers - The install bar can stay on 0% several minutes. This is normal.
5. Once the patch is installed, please restart your computer.
