Description: Red Faction v1.2 Beta 2 (Macintosh)

This patch includes a good number of fixes and introduces the release of the carbonized OS X version of Red Faction.


Installation:

Once you download the file, decompress it and put both applications into the Red Faction folder (you'll replace the old Red Faction application).

Then drop "tables.vpp" into the Data folder. That's it!


Fixes/Changes

• Update for multi-player mode to allow internet play against the Windows™ Red Faction 1.2.
• Significant speed increase for Mac OS 8 and 9.
• New application that runs natively under OS X.
• Fixed key-down on launch to show the startup dialog - now 'Control' key.
• Fixed problem with save games and 'period' (.) characters in the volume or folder name.
• Added smoother mouse response.
