The 4 coop missions are,
The Jungle with the Chopper in it, Chop Shop, Alaska Depot and The Mining Camp.
To host these missions you need to be in Multi Player and have the Terrorist Hunt Rules on.

You May Also Play These 4 Coop missions in Single Player Mode.
To Do This Start up BT And Pick Custum Mission, Then Select Terrorist Hunt And You Will See The Missions.
I didnt lay out a plan so you will have to pick your team, weps and start piont.
