This is an important new patch for TAC2 that has a bunch of needed fixes. This patch is REQUIRED for both clients and server.
Installation Instructions
1) Ensure that you have version 0.40 or 0.42 installed correctly before applying this patch.
3) Delete the tribes2/tac/scripts directory
2) Extract the tac2 zip file into the /tribes2/tac directory
3) Run tribes 2 with the extra tag -mod tac to run TAC2.

What this patch does
- Chaser selection system redesigned
- Fixed bug so that chaser ONLY can ride the chaser bike
- Delete all vehicles on round end to prevent score changes
- Removed camera grenades
- Removed landspike turrets
- Prevented deployment of objects on the ground
- Fixed TDM Score Bug
- Fixed Hawkeye gunner cloaking bug
- Fixed Tpack not firing bug
- Increase ejection distance
- Fixed bug where mayhem players where ejected in front of the mayhem
- MPB Removed in Chaser
- Mortar altered. Min explosion time 2 seconds and max 6 seconds
- Mortar triggered altered, release fire button early and it will explode at 2 seconds
- Improved anti-theft system
- Explosions for chaingun, blaster, mortar, grenade launcher and tank gun altered
- Grenade Launcher speed and fire time altered
- Vehicle Physics Altered
- Improved shield pack ground kill for sloping terrains
- Prevent use of shield pack protection at high velocities (skiing = dead)
- Several new maps
- Tank and MPB bomb damage altered
