Here is the release of Global Warfare for Half-Life v1.3 server update! Implemented are tons of cool stuff which you can see in more info. This is the update to get you to the new release of version 1.3 for servers only


Fixed Bugs:
- mines and c4 removed on round restart.
- mines and c4 removed when player switches teams.
- heli doesn't clip the ground on landing.
- no more change map bug( where you can't spawn ).
- no timelimit on territory maps( was overlapping on the hud ).
- no dead body left when player isn't in a death animation - otherwise it
does leave a body.
- can plant mines anywhere now.
- spas no longer has unlimited ammo.
- mp_timelimit sets the total amount of time per map, unless it's a capture
map.
- mp_roundtimelimit sets the amount of time per round, unless it's a capture
map.
- mp_prefertimelimit no longer needed.
- stepping on own team's mines doesn't explode them( unless mp_minemode is
set to 1 ).
- fixed Bot related crashes.
- fixed entity memory leak related crashes( not removing all dropped weapons
).
- fixed law and stinger not always respawning on new round.
- fixed getting stuck on heli or apc.
- fixed heli ropes sticking around.

New Stuff:
- mines are always above ground(not always the entire mine).
- enemy mines can be shot( and exploded but stand back! ).
- votekick added - use mp_votekicksneeded to set number of votes needed.
- votemap added - use mp_votemapsneeded to set number of votes needed.
mp_campaign must be 0.
- add banned_nicks.txt in your GlobalWarfare directory and put in it nicks
you want to ban and players will not be allowed to use nicks with those
words in them on your server( case insensitive ).
- mp_medicmode - set this to 1 to require medics to heal others in order to
heal themselves.
by default this option is 0( off ).
- mp_minemode - set this to 1 to make mines explode whenever anyone touches
them( but won't hurt teammates if FF is off ). default is 0( mines only
explode when enemy touches them unless FF is on ).
- set mp_timelimit to limit the amount of time a map runs( except capture
maps: d_dome, d_nile ). mp_timelimit will override mp_roundtimelimit if the
map is supposed to end in 3 minutes and mp_roundtimelimit is set to 4
minutes.
- set mp_roundtimelimit to change the amount of time per round in a map -
the default is 0 which makes each map default to the mappers desired time(
usually 10 minutes ).
- lowered the medics running speed just a bit.
- more logging output including warnings when entity memory limit is
approaching.
