I remember listening to this song almost everyday on my walkman on the way to school in 1998. I never grew sick of it. Fogger and Trenches were my all time favourite RA tracks. Writing this mix was great fun, the setting I saw for the clip to this track was about those times in the C&C games when you are running low on money/infantry and then, reinforcements arrive! A rush of relief flows straight from you face and down your spine. With your new units you wipe out all enemy units from the battlefield. Clear skies ahead!

The main tune in the mix was very well constructed by Frank Klepacki, the piano was great and the drums were light, but powerful. What I did was enhance that part with a more breakbeat drumloop and some extra hi-hats which I'm very proud of for some reason :). For relief I added some drum'n'bass mainly because I found it easy sliding from breakbeat and drum'n'bass with this tune. I also played around a bit with piano here and there, but thats about it.
