Fixed a rare instance of OOB damage creating a nasty looping consol spam, also fairly well insured no more bugs with it.
Did some code cleanup which should make the server load just a tad faster.
Added some locking effects to the shrike missile launcher reticle, if you have the client it will even play the missile tones.
The launchPad code was edited a bit to fix a couple of issues.
Added a small visual effect to the teleporters, and removed the error that locked a player on the pad when the other telly had been destroyed.
The Sniper and Laser rifles now damage Force Fields, although the Laser rifle does much less.
Radius damage weapons now damage FF's (mortar, grenade, plasma, etc.)
Weapon reticle changing is now completely server-side, as well as back pack hud changing. Zod had an Uber R33t flash of insight, then I one upped him on it. :P
Changed the code to where you cannot change your team via the vote menu, unless the team you want to change to has fewer players then the team you are already on. AND if you are attempting to desert your team, and are not already dead, you will be killed!
added option to prevent server resets when the last player leaves the server, use at your own risk. This should help out people running servers on Linux Systems.
added code that will auto-ban anyone attempting to crack certain new admin functions. This will not effect any honest player.
Once again, I have reworked the way the admin.log messages are written, this time to make my life easier, and reduce mod file sizes.
Added another admin level, ServerOwner. Server owners need to carefully go through the mechinaPrefs.cs file to set this up.
Added server admin options:
remove player from super/pub auto admin list. Just select the player from the list, and they will no longer be auto admined. Only server owners can add or remove from super auto admin list.
PermaBan. Just like it says, it will permanantly ban a player, and write it to AutoBan.cs. It will work without making changes to banlist.cs. Read info about it in mechinaPrefs.cs. Only for server owners.
added option to make a player super admin. Only for server owners.
added option to strip admin. Only for server owners and Super Admins.
Changed to allow public admins to change other players teams (with option to disable)
Added a reset server option to the player right click popup menu. I know it's an odd place for it, but its easy to do. Also, this one actually works. But alas using Dynamix's ispawn.exe it still kills the server, and as it is resetting, it drops all the players.
