Here is a cool Elite Force mod for you futuristic Deathmatching people out there.Pwrweapons v.6 by Ace[NoESC]
this version just converts for 110 to 120 pr.....altho i did add a cvar for startarmor,,, i will start on new features in version 6.
If you have version 1,2,3,or4,,,copy your server.cfg elsewhere,,,then DELETE the pwrweapons folder then ,,,,
Just unzip this to your stvoy directory...

edit the pwrweapons.bat to the path of your stvoy,,,,,
or move it and overwrite the new one
(the pwrweapons.bat goes in the stvoy dir (where the exe's are)
then right click the bat, and create a shortcut,then drag that shortcut to your desktop and clik it to start a dedicated server.
i added +exec server.cfg in this Pwrweapons.bat, depending on where you installed your game at,,,,,
(you may have to edit the Pwrweapons.bat)
mine says,,,
c:\stvoy\stvoyHM.exe "+set fs_game Pwrweapons +exec server.cfg +set dedicated 2 +set sv_pure 0 +set bot_enable 0"
its on c: drive and called stvoy

from version 4:
I got rid of the pk stuff cuz it was making people download it ,,,This is a serverside mod (only server addmins need to download it) players can just jump on a server and play.
* Added turret's
* Added a bind to spawnturrets (bind x spawnturret)
* Added 33 new cvar's (89 total) for:
* weapon firerates (how fast the ammo releases from weapon)
* starthealth ( from 1 to 999)
* pickgun ( choose the weapon everyone spawns with)
* selfdamage ( chose "none"or "some")
* dethseen ( bypasses the deathsceen/instant repawn)
* change_jump ( heh, guess) changes default))
* nooooo (die when falling of a map,,,or Not)
* turrets (stationary auto weapon) fully cofigurable))

Well I beleive in that old saying: If it aint broke dont fix it!
and i have had no complaints for Pwrweapons v.2. So the only thing you will find different in this version are cvars for how much ammo the weapons start with (from 0-999) and that the directory has a pk in place of the vm folder.
Imo the weapons effects are already awesome,(hats off to Raven):)

Iam giveing the Pwr to server addmins!,,,The pwr to decide on the pwr of Pwrweapons :)

*start weapons
*banning weapons,ammo,and items
*damage and altdamage
*splash and altsplash damage

* and some for missles speeds,think times,ect.

modified the scavenger altfire to shoot vortex grenades (this will suck any one to it and give ya a nice lil ride before ya die
added a Clientbegin message

ok i dont know for sure what the path would be, but if you open up your
windows explorer and follow the the paths to to your stvoy it would be
something like :
d:\programfiles\stvoy\stvoyHM.exe
by right clicking on the Pwrweapons.bat, then clicking edit you can change
my path to yours it would be somthing like this:
d:\programfiles\stvoy\stvoyHM.exe "+set fs_game Pwrweapons +exec server.cfg
+set dedicated 2 +set sv_pure 0 +set bot_enable 0"
once that is edited corectly click the X in the upper right hand corner and
close it,,,save,,,,then right clik the pwrweapons.bat , and create
shortcut,,,,cut and paste the shortcut to your desktop and then click it.
(this will start a dedicated server that anyone can join on line or
lan,,,,all you have to do to join it is basicly just forget about the the
dedicated you just called up and minimize it,,,,,then start another stvoy
like you would for any other game,,,instead of looking for an internet
servers,,,,look in Local servers and you will see your server (you should
also see it in internet servers too)
i'll explain the best i can:
1. first the pwrweapons folder should be in the stvoyEF directory
(somewheres below the BaseEF folder and above the stvoyHM.exe (the HM.exe ,
executes the HoloMatch game)
2.+set fs_game Pwrweapons , means your tellin stvoy you want to play a mod
and not standard HoloMatch
3.+exec server.cfg , is telling stvoy to use the pwrweapons server.cfg
4.+set dedicated 2 , is telling stvoy you want your server to let others
for the internet and local lan to join in the game (0 = just you and 1= just
you and anyone on lan (i think))
5.+set sv_pure 0 , is for mods that run pk's (pwrweapons dont,,,but by
putting the 0 to 1 gives ya a pure server and lessens the chance of someone
with an edited HM.exe (designed to cheat) for joining your server,,,,if i
would of made the vmfolder into a pk then with pure 1 noone could join
without the same exact pwrweapon.pk that you are running
6.+set bot_enable 0 , means you will not beable to addbots to the game ,
turning this to 1 will let you addbots
