The ZmIRC reporter bot does not play against you in UT, neither will it defend your IRC channel. It is, however, a very good tool for letting people know how a match is going, without having those people in the game as spectators. Just have one of the guys on the server run the bot (preferably a spectator), and it will report out to an IRC channel of your choice. It will not cover every move made by every single player, but it will report events like flag pickups, drops and caps in ctf, how many frags a player or a team has in dm and if a control point was taken over in domination. The bot also reports what is being said by the players on the server, so we can all follow the verbal fights as well. That way, matches of great interest to many people can be followed by those people directly on IRC.
