I've spent a lot of time recently recording these demos for the benefit of
those who wish to improve their playing style and techniques.
I have completed all but four of the single-player levels on Nightmare skill. The four are:

To view the demos, extract the included .pk3 file to your Quake3\baseq3 folder. You can then access
the demos from the menu in the game.
