The Starcraft Clan Test is used to (duh) test people entering your Starcraft or Brood War Clan. It has space for 2 applicants. To tell you why this is better then other maps people use for testing (such as god's land) I've made the following FAQ.


Q: Why is this better then just using a meele map an using shared vision?

A: Some players are jackasses and turn on you. Because your normally defenceless and concintrate more on watching the players. In this anyone sending a unit very close to your area, the unit will be sent back. Not destroyed just in case it is an accident. You also have an "unkillable super scout" known as the "host". It can easilly get rid of units if you issue a no rushing command for example.

Q: Is this better then using God's Land to test players?

A: It is a tie now. You still have full vision, and nobody brags about wanting units. Nobody leaves about suspecting unfairness. But now only 2 applicants can play at a time.

Q: Sounds cool! Does SCCT cost money?
