How to use the patch:
To determine whether or not you need to patch, go to the Diagnostics screen off the main menu in Terminus. If your version number is less than the lastest patch number, you need to patch.

To patch a version of Terminus you bought in stores, use the Retail patches. To patch the Terminus Demo, use the Demo patches.

Use tar to extract the patching program. Run termpatch with the directory where you installed the game. For example:

./termpatch /usr/local/games/terminus

Changes in version 1.62b
- Valuable ore is less likely to be mined
- Pressing an aux key gives feedback
- Fixed a "Memory not already allocated crash"
- Fixed UEL assault on Callisto script
- Fixed pirate Darkheart and Eulogy script
Notes: This patch is beta. This means it may not work perfectly. Use at your own risk. If you discover a problem with this patch please email tech@vvisions.com with a description of: the problem, your computer, and the circumstances surrounding the problem. There will be no updates for this patch version. We suggest you make a backup of Terminus v1.62 before patching.
