The installer will prompt you for an install location, amongst other things.

Playing the Demo
--------------------
Once installed, you will be able to run the game from your 'START' Menu, by selecting START, Programs, Independence War, IWDE - Defiance Demo.

You can then choose to play the game, select your video card, or read the comprehensive on-line help.

Please disable all windows screensavers or power saving features before playing the demo.

The Defiance campaign includes the following new features:
- Play as an 'Indie' pilot
- Predefined Savepoints
- Arming screen lets you choose from 4 different loadouts: Standard, Assault, ECM and Defense.
- Choose PBC mode - either Front/ Rear or Dual Forward
- Zoom 'sniper' viewing mode
- Individual and group orders for Wingmen
- Ship self-defense mode for when you are remote linked
- Dual Missile fire
