Dino Crisis Demo

In Dino Crisis, you play Regina, an elite member of a special task force. She is a weapons specialist, and is agile and stealthy to boot. With her and her team members, you must infiltrate Ibis Island and find Dr. Kirk, an eccentric and selfish scientist who was supposed to have died in an explosion three years ago. In this demo, you can play for up to ten minutes.

NOTE 1:

In case your system memory is 24MB or less, Windows 95/98 does a lot of swapping. Because of this, approximately 100MB of free space is required on your hard drive. If there is not enough free space available, your system may become unstable and in the worst case, may crash.

NOTE 2:

You can play this demo without installing any files. However, if your CD-ROM drive is 8X speed or slower it is recommended that you copy the files onto your hard drive for smoother game play. (Please note that this demo version cannot be installed, therefore with low speed CD-ROM drive, you may loose the background music.)

It is necessary for your 3D acceleration to have a minimum of 4MB of RAM installed. It is also possible that Dino Crisis may not operate correctly with the versions of the drivers that originally came with your video card. If you have any problems, please obtain the most updated drivers from the manufacturer's web site. See the Online Help for the details.

** How to start the game **

Please follow the instructions below before start playing the game.

1.

Install the necessary Windows components (first time only.) This game requires Direct X 6.1 or later, Direct Media 6 or later and Indeo 5.11 or later. In case any of these are not installed on your computer, please install it from the Launcher screen.

*If you are not sure if it is installed, please run the install procedures from

the Launcher screen to make sure.

2.

Please confirm the setting by clicking the "Change of Setting". Once you have confirmed the change, please press [OK].

3.

Click on "Play DINO CRISIS" on the Launcher screen. If an error occurs, please refer to the Online Help.
