Fragomatic's Rcon Commander has been officially released.
Previously known as q3aPing Beta, it has performed well and
has proven to be useful.

With Rcon Commander, you can send rcon commands to remote
servers without having the game installed. The user interface
is very similar to the Quake 3 Arena console. The feature set
is small, but it is easy to use. A new feature is Auto-Query.
By enabling Auto-Query and setting the minutes, the server
status is updated accordingly.

Included is a complete command list which defines the useage of
each command and what they do.

If you can use the dedicated server console for Quake 3 Arena,
you can use Fragomatic's Rcon Commander.
