Usage: : copy the .int file to the UnrealTournament\System folder and the .utx file to the UnrealTournament\Textures folder.
After it, edit the UnrealTournament.ini file in the System folder:
Under [Engine.GameEngine] you will see:
ServerPackages=SoldierSkins
Just insert this line right after it:
ServerPackages=SoldierSkins_Epidemic
Save it!
Note: : The server has to have the skin installed to use it in a Multiplayergame!
