Changes in this patch:

- SPEED: on tests we have found that games which previously ran at 3FPS are now running at 17FPS so this gain should make that game so much more manageable when you have expanded your airport.

- Fixed a problem that was causing a heavy bias towards airlines using Terminal #1 in favour to any other(s).

- Objects now remember any colour wash given to them.

- Fixed a bug that allowed the sound to drop out.

- German language translations greatly improved.

- Flights now land in a staggered manner to minimise the chance of planes coming to a stalemate on route across your airport.

- Italian language translations greatly improved.

- Fixed a bug with cameras switching to the wrong area when using 'passenger cam'.

- Fixed problems of internal terminal walls disappearing.

- Fixed problems that lead to the ToolTips being illegible.

- Improved passenger routing so that they can not walk through shop doors.

- Improved financial income code so that all planes brought in an appropriate amount of revenue (some were previously being missed).

- Improved passenger tracking code to make the figures (and their corresponding financial significance) more accurate.
