Commands:
cg_rocketdlight - Dynamic Light of Rocket; default=200
cg_particles - =0 is no partilces, =1 is particles on; default=1
cg_rockettrailtime - Time that takes the rocket smoke trail do disapte;default=3000
cg_rockettrailradius - Radius of Rocket smoke trail; default=64
cg_grenadetrailtime - Same as rocket; default=700;
cg_grenadetrailradius - Same as rocket; default=32;

Run the pct.bat with the settings written in it

"+set cg_rocketdlight 200 +set cg_particles ..."

these you can edit in the batch file or you can remove them
and put them in your quake3.cfg file

Example:
set cg_rockettrailradius 12

Remember if you put them in the cfg file you need to take everything out of the batch file
so it won't default them.
just leave "quake3.exe +set fs_game PTC +set sv_pure 0" in the pct.bat file

otherwise just edit the pct.bat
