V1.1 Changes

Collision barrier added above outer wall to prevent rocket-jumping outside the play area.

Coronas added to lights in the "water room."

Fixed bsp error around round windows in the building with the tiled floor.

Re-aligned some textures.

Re-positioned some pickups.

There are two tiny BSP glitches that I haven't been able to completely remove. They're hard to find and don't

affect the gameplay at all.
