This file is specifically designed for use with Covert Operations or C&C
version 1.19p.


Mission Description
-------------------
Kane has fortified the island of Sri Lanka and is posing a threat to GDI
infulence in India. 2 GDI bases have been established in the area to destroy
the NOD fortress. Our forces have landed on the island only to meet with
much resistance. It seems Kane has anticipated our moves. Naval support is on
the way but it won't be much use. To make things worse, GDI traitors have
taken over our Northern base which holds the plans for NOD's nuclear missile.
Research into NOD ballistics have yielded results and a nuclear missile
launch site (Temple of NOD) has been errected at your base. Land
reinforcements are cut off but air support is still svailiable. However,
before the Northern base was captured, General Shepherd's 1st Tank brigade
headed for the first base. Now, with jammed communications, ensure that the
General's MHQ reaches safety (or *BOOM*). Your Goal is to destroy the GDI
traitor's base, DESTROY the Technology centre, retrive the nuclear device's
plans and nuke the NOD fortress-Island.


Mission Hints (READ THIS!)
------------------------
-Keep your eyes open throughout this scenario.
-Your base is nicely built up for you, but don't neglect it.
-Your enemies are not a single player but two different players, but allied.
-Your enemies will use both GDI and NOD weapons against you
(This includes nukes, airstrikes, Ion Cannons...)
-Don't waste your effort to capture the Tech. Centre, just blow it up.
-Watch for both your and your enemies' reinforcements.
-Expect the unexpected, especially with Kane leading the NOD forces.
-Don't let General Shepherd's MHQ die! (I know, it's common sense)


Usage
-----
For those who don't want to bother messing around editing files, a savegame
has been supplied that was taken the instant the level started. Simply copy
this file (SAVEGAME.100) into your Command and Conquer directory (rename it
if you don't want to lose one of your savegames). Then simply load that file
when you start. You will not be able to restart the mission if you do this,
you will have to re-load it if you need to try again. If you choose this
method, you can ignore the next part.

However, to get the full extent of the stuff (a video clip that probably
hasn't been seen before, new music track) at the beginning, you can
copy the rest of the files to the directory (MISSION.INI,SCG15EB.INI,
SCG98EA.BIN are the vital ones). To run it, select New Missions in the Main
Menu if you have Covert Operations or load the saved game included.
If you put the file mission.ini into your Command and Conquer directory,
you will not be able to access the mission text for other missions until
it is removed.

To edit/view the level using CCMAP, you simply have to rename SCG98EA.BIN
to SCG98EA.MAP.

*NOTE* : The savegame files included here is saved as THE HUNT.
So when you load the game, load THE HUNT. I'm sorry for
this error.
