This is a weapon mod designed primarily to make gunfights
last longer. To accomplish this, the weapon accuracies were reduced to
reflect the uncertainties of actual combat.
To install, simply unzip the contents of this file to your \mods
directory in Rogue Spear. Then run Rouge Spear with the '-mods action'
parameter. Ex: "RogueSpear.exe" -mods action
