Public Beta Patch Info

We made the folowing updates to the Public Beta:

3D: Select.exe now correctly recognizes some cards it had problems with
3D: Dithering turned on, looks better for some cards like voodoos
3D Control Center: Sets path everytime you launch it, ie. when you move the files just restart this
3D Control Center: Now selects secondary card correctly if primary has no 3D capabilities

Gameplay: Brake now works better when driving backwards
Gameplay: Selection of targets behind Objects: Game defaults to targets now, if there is no target it selects object instead (no need for Ctrl-clicks anymore)
Gameplay: Bushes/Trees dosent block shells anymore
Gameplay: AP now destroy trees/houses again
Gameplay: When your tank was damaged wingman selection was screwed up, fixed
Gameplay: tank gets no longer repaired when dead
Gameplay: HE now works vs. light vehicles and big calibers even topples them over
Gameplay: AP now rock the target when hit
Gameplay: Fast AP shells have a chance to turn over small vehicles
Gameplay: AP hits now display particle effects on hit location
Gameplay: Radio Op Map now removes unit names when Scout report is toggled off
Gameplay: Tracks should stick better on the surface now (less sinking in anymore)
Gameplay: Binoculars now look in the direction you pointed by default in any view

Graphics: railway and ruins no longer display white spots
Graphics: No more white specks in landscape or cockpits
Graphics: trees and walls no longer cause invisible walls to pass thru tanks
Graphics: Wheels should rarely penetrate tracks now (sprock wheels still do)
Graphics: Clipping in scopes now fixed
Graphics: Messagebar flashing in scope view fixed
Graphics: Clipping in cockpits fixed
Graphics: Flashing "sky pyramids" now fixed
Graphics: Blown off Turrets now twosided

Control: Keyboard command changed for formation change!!!

Shift-C(olumn)
Shift-E(cholon left)
Shift-R(Echolon Right)
Control: Selection of landscape with mouse should be better now
Control: Removed redundant keyboard commands from layout.txt
Control: Exit button in ingame map
Control: New Key: Unselect all targets (U)
Control: When accessing Gunner scope it automatically deselects targets
Control: When accessing Gunner scope gunner AI is OFF

Menu: Keyboard Reassign: Added the joystick functions to the list/Updated Keyboard commands
Menu: Joystick Reassign: Its now possible to move/press the joystick to redefine axis function
Menu: "Enable Headphones" and "Enable 4 Speakers" now active
Menu: Instant Action now autoselects full platoon and stronger tanks as default

AI: Crashbug fixed when small AT-Guns cant penetrate target and trying to move
AI: Gun elevation temporarily deactivated: very near tanks should engage again
AI: Infantry uses Panzerfaust again, also shown in graphics
AI: "Goal Failed" with hidden goals no longer displayed
AI: Collision between AI units improved
AI: Column movement for AI improved

Sound: Autodetect for EAX, 4 Speaker support and Headphone mode active
Sound: distant sounds now can be heard better (sound room larger)

MP: Its no longer possible to delete all spawn areas
MP: Its no longer possible to enter an MP game with zero tanks
MP: Map overview moved to chat dialog
