This modification makes the subtle change of adding ripples when it rains. This is the medium resolution version at 1024x1024 of the rain ripple effect. To install, extract the textures folder into your Skyrim/Data folder. To test this effect, go to a body of water and type "sw c8220" in the console command to make it rain.
