Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - My Little Pony FiM Mod v2.0
This mod replaces every horse in Skyrim with one of the main characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Only one of the characters can be used due to limitations in the game that require the construction set - there are 5 different horse textures but only 2 manes/tails, so to avoid mismatched textures this is currently the only way to do it. Read below for more information and installation instructions...
Once the construction set is released I'll try to make all 6 ponies available at once.
Install: Extract the 'textures' folder into the main Skyrim\Data folder.
Uninstall: Delete the 'horse' folder in Textures\Actors
The main download includes every pony with the original horse eyes. Choose a character and use that texture folder. The optional downloads include the cartoon eyes seen in most of the screenshots.
