Description: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Golden Bough Mod

This mod adds a player home to the Great Forest, on the southern edge of Lake Rumare, directly north of Fort Roebeck. It got its name from the two beautiful trees that stand between the house and the stables.

The house is a four floor split level and the architecture is in High Rock style. It's decorated with a lot of lower class furnishings. The house exterior, interior, stables, and well were made by the very talented Mr. Siika. The house is suitable for one. It comes with a pet, a cat named Lynx. Lynx doesn't do much but hang around and look cute.
