Sonic the Hedgehog 3D (Free Game)

The mod's development began in April 2009. First, mod was fully developed by Zykov Eddy, but later a team was created to help the main developer. It features fully 3D models, hi-res textures and scripted cutscenes. The mod tries to keep the atmosphere from original Sonic games, and many resources from them were used to create it.

Gameplay is very similar to unreleased Sonic X-treme (except fishe?e, of course). You can select one of 4 characters. The main goal is to reach the end of a level, collect bonuses and destroy enemies. When the level is finished the score will be counted. Each character offers slightly different gameplay. But one thing is still unchanged - you have to beat Dr. Robotnik and foil his evil plans. 7 zones are planned, each containing 3 acts, with the third act as a boss fight. At the moment two zones are available. Additionally you can play in Special Stages, and some things are unlocked for achievements.
