Description: Fallout 3 - House/Vault Hideaway Mod

"A underground hideaway near springfield school it has a medical room, a small workshop with a repair table, and a workbench. The main hallway has a jukebox as well as the bedroom. The bed room has 2 lockers; a footlocker and a display table. It's not too big but its bigger then both of the standard houses you can get. To install just move the esp into your data folder and in the fallout launcher check it off in the data menu. "
