Added Scavenge Mode
Uses Daytime lighting now
Adding various weapons

Opened up the top rooms aswell as added detail

Add-Ons are disabled atm in L4D2 so use the console.
1. Host any survival map. (Local Server)
2. Once loaded, type in ~console: changelevel l4d_sv_deathpit
