Description: This "mod" just modifies the cooldown of the Steal skill from 10 to 1.5 seconds.

The 1.5 second is fairly arbitrary. It just feels right in-game.

Because of the limits to how many times you can Steal from the same character, I felt the 10 second cooldown was unwarranted. Anytime I wanted to go on a robbing spree, I felt like pulling my hair out waiting for that CD to refresh.

That being said, it is altering a skill to make it more powerful, for no other reason than to make my/your life less frustrating.

Install instructions:

1)Download
2)Unrar the file "ABI_STEAL_CD_REDUCED.GDA" into the following folder:

...\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\modules\Single Player\override

Or, if you do not have a "modules" folder, you can place the file in:

...\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override


If you want to remove this mod just delete that file:
-ABI_STEAL_CD_REDUCED.GDA

Compatibility note:

Should now be compatible with anything that does not change the Steal skill.
