Description: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Repulsive Waterfront

Rumors where the waterfront being a dangerous and vile place to live, there'd be murderers and urine and all sorts of vile things. What a disappointment that when it was seen in the flesh! This mod changes that, now there are murderers, puddles of urine, even vomit! Murderers and dead bodies, as well as a few blood decals.
