Description: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Hanchel Hovel v1.3

The eagerly awaited version 1.3 has arrived at last! This time it's mostly aesthetic, but I've added NPCs, one of which has a dark secret. If you speak to Bejal she will shed some light on the secret of the NPC.

The house is free as always, located in the same old place next to Nenyond Twyll.
