To install, simply extract the contents of the zip to your "My Games/Unreal Tournament 3/UTGame" folder.

Once installed, you'll find a mutator available entitled "Unreasonable Tournament." Enabling this mutator will automatically enable all weapon replacements the mod has to offer as well as the other tweaks.
