PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A BETA RELEASE. THE FINISHED VERSION WAS NOT COMPLETED WHEN THIS WAS WRITTEN.

This level was part of a school project in which all students had 3 weeks to come up with and produce a small CTF or DM level.
Sjoerd "Hourencs" De Jong was teaching us at the time and I have a lot to thank him for. When the project was over he encouraged me to keep polishing the map (as it had many flaws at the time) and submit it to MSUC phase 3.

The flag "rooms" are based on an old CTF map I made for UT2004 back in 2005 but never released due to various reasons.
When UT3 was first released I experimented with a small DM 10n1 level (which too, will never be released) and used the current flag rooms as a room holding the rocket launcher.
When I started building this level I first had a small interior level in mind, but the layout didn't work out so I decided to scratch it and start over, keeping only the flag rooms somewhat the same.
Later that same day I decided to do the opposite, to create an open space map instead of a narrow corridor map.
The design was inspired by old Quake maps as well as UT99 w00t-style maps as I loved the atmosphere they had, but I never liked the gameplay however and decided to create a w00t inspired map that played more like a regular CTF map instead.
That is how CTF-Transcendet was born.

- Finalize Sound.
- Finalize kismet scripts.
- Finalize mesh placement.

Installation

Unzip all files and move them to C:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Published\CookedPC\CustomMaps

If the directory does not exist, create it manually.
