I have set players max health level set to "200" Cod4 default 100 you can change this in mod folders "server.cfg"
set scr_player_maxhealth "200" (Changes player health not bots)

Installation................................................................................

1. Extract into your COD4 MW mods folder \Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods
2. Drag / copy Combat Assault-Coop shortcut to desktop
3. Shorcut settings "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" +set fs_game mods/combat_assault_coop +set svr_pezbots 4 +set svr_pezbots_team axis +set svr_pezbots_skill 0 +set server.cfg
4. If your game is located on a different drive or folder you may need to change this

How to change Dvars:
Set DVARS either through console or commandline;
To edit the command line for shortcut, right click shortcut properties/target
/set (in console).
or
+set (on commandline).

DVARS are as follows;

svr_pezbots //number of bots; (defaults to 0)
svr_pezbots_team //team to put bots on, "axis", "allies", "autoassign"; (defaults to "autoassign")
svr_pezbots_skill //global skill level that effects all bots, value between 0 and 1, 1 being highest 0 being lowest. (defaults to 0.5).

Example in console:

/set svr_pezbots 4

4. When you start a server make sure to turn off punkbuster!!
