Adds Vault 89 to the game, which will serve as the player's house.

-Armory (with no weapons, decorate it as you wish)
-Empty Room (again, decorate as you wish)
-Generator room (for realism and story line purposes)
-Bathroom (Realism)
-Hidden Safe room (No, it's not the safe under the lab kit/workbench)

Location
===========
The vault is located either near vault 101 and Megaton OR
near Fort Constantine, based on user choice. Either way,
accessing it is easy because a map marker is
automatically added.


Story
==========
The mod also has a plausible story line as to the origin and
purpose of the vault that explains why it's in such good condition
and why it hasn't been looted.

To find out all there is to know, there are a total of 3 holotapes and
one computer terminal inside the vault.

Installation
=============
1) Copy this folder into your fallout3/data folder.
2) In your FO3 launcher/mod manager, enable the main file
(Vault 89 player home) as well as EITHER of the two files
related to the location you want.
!! Do not enable all 3 files!!

Bugs/Notes
============
*The bobblehead stand works perfectly! Although once you start the mod,
there will be no bobbleheads on it, as soon as you add another, all of
the ones you previously collected will appear on the stand
**As of Version 1.2, the Nuka-Cola machine is fully functional!

-Thanks to Mercury00 for his guide and resources for making custom vault
doors, and evilbeefjerky for helping me work around a bug in the mod.

-Replaced the fridge in the kitchen with a cleaner model (This will reset the container)
-Made sure the robot butler would not more
-Deleted a skeletal arm that sometimes fell into the cave

The mini safe under the workbench is NOT the hidden one, mentioned

-Cleared a table in the office, to allow storage on it.
-Added a fire pit in the clinic, if you know the storyline, you'll
know what it's from.
