Install:
1. check bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 in FALLOUT.INI at Fallout 3 folder in MY Documents/my games
2. check if Archiveinvalidation.txt is already in Fallout3 folder, if found edit and add lines:

textures/Weapons/1handpistol/1stperson10mmpistol.dds
textures/Weapons/1handpistol/1stperson10mmsilencer.dds
textures/Weapons/1handpistol/1stperson10mmsilencer_n.dds

textures/Weapons/1handpistol/10mmpistol_n.dds
textures/Weapons/1handpistol/10mmsilencer_n.dds
textures/Weapons/1handpistol/10mmsilencer.dds

3. unpack to Fallout 3 folder
