This is a simple mod to beef up some of the power armors in the game. Also includes a "nerf" to the ranger armor.
*Use at your own risk* Not tested extensively by crator.

Ranger Armor - 31 Dr, 20 Wgt, +5 AP, +10 Sml Guns, + 1 Luck
This is more of a souped up recon armor now. Less DR but lighter for the stealthy folks.
Enclave Light Armor - 40 DR, 35 Wgt, +3 Str, 25 Rad, 40 Wgt Allowance
The enclave armor should really be better than the standard PA and the T-51B, but giving it a higher DR than the T-51B would probably be unbalancing. So I made it much lighter, and renamed it to "Enclave Light Armor". Just pretend that it's made of lighter hi-tech materials (but slightly less protective.) Those who really want to go munchkin can additem the two unique Enclave Armors (000cb5f9, 000cb5f3) which are afaik not available in game. Those now have DR of 55 and 60 respectively, so they would represent the Advance PA Mk1 and Mk2 better.
Tesla Armor - 43 DR, 40 Wgt, +1 Str, 50 Rad, + 15 Energy weapon, 45 Wgt Allowance
Tesla Shield battery - 37 DR, 40 Wgt, +3 Str, 25 Rad, 40 Wgt Allowance
Renamed the third Tesla piece to be "Tesla Shield battery". Can it even be found in game? I dunno, changed it anyway. Pretty overpowering. Kept the combined DR to be similar to the unmodded game to be safe.
Prototype Medic Armor - 45 DR, 50 Wgt, +1 Str, -1 Agl, 40 Rad, 55 Wgt Allowance
Outcast/BOS/Army/Power Armor - 50 DR, 45 Wgt, +2 Str, -1 Agl, 10 Rad, 55 Wgt Allowance
Since these are supposed to be inferior to the T-51B and the Enclave armors, kept a small Agl penalty. But being big heavy things I upped the DR a bit to make them viable choices over the lighter Enclave armors. Upped the weight to make sneaking more difficult/impossible.
T-51B - 50 DR, 50 Wgt, +2 Str, 20 Rad, 55 Wgt Allowance.
Better than the non-enclave armors in every way, but can't be repaired.
Enclave helmets and Tesla helmets now give +1 PE, -1 CHR and +5% Rad resistance.
T-51B helmet now weigh 5 instead of 4 like all the other powered helmets.
