Well, after much hard work, CBP3 Volume 2 is available for download for PC & PS3!
This is the PC version of the bonus pack and features 8 new levels: 3 DM levels, 5 CTF levels, & 1 WAR level.
Note: if you have trouble with the maps showing up try reinstalling the map pack and picking the opposite user option at the install screen.
