It's an underground bio-lab where the necris experimented with clones and creature mutations. You will find the lab with technology and clone tanks and the cells where they kept the awakened creatures.
Up on the surface, they built a labirynth where they tested the intelligence of their "products".
The lab has been abandoned a few months ago. the central elevator has crashed down. During these months a lot of dirt, leaves and garbage fell from the surface down to the abandoned lab.
