add the .u file to Script
add the .ini to Config
add the .upk to CookedPC
dont forget to upload the .u to your redirect
Typical Manual install (also where the installer will put these files:
add the .u file to: My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Published\CookedPC\Script (note if there is no script folder in CookedPC
you will need to make a folder called Script and install the .u file there)
add the .ini to: My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config
start instant action game>gametype>map then select mutators at bottom and choose PunisherSiX from the mute list choose accept and then start game :)

Alternately I have created a .exe installer that will if your game is loaded in MyDocuments as a typical install would be will install the mute and uninstall the mute.
This is the safest way to be sure the files go into the proper directories also it just happens to be the easiest for the end user. It will put an uninstaller
in your start menu and in your UTGame folder either Icon will remove the mutator. ;D
