Function : causes players to ragdoll when they hit things at too high speeds

Installation : Unzip the zip file with directory structure intact to your My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame folder.
Special Notes :
Works automatically without any interaction from the player. Works especially well with my Jetpack mutator.
