This is the full source code for the psionics mutator version 1.0 for Unreal Tournament 2004. Just extract directly to your UT2004 folder on your computer. Code is unchanged from Version 1.0 release and contains full commenting.


The reason the code was released was to encourage more people who are beginning modding to complete their dreams. The psionics source will allow people like this to see how various things are done in the UT2004 (UE2) engine and can follow the example to make some really cool new stuff. This knowledge can then easily be ported over to UT3 to create new content for the new engine.
