*** What has been fixed?

1. This patch adds comprehensive Cooperative multiplayer support to
Bgame Productions' Starship Troopers TC single player maps.
2. It adds Deathmatch support to the Base maps, and to an existing
Deathmatch map that had no multiplayer start positions.
3. The Secret Level nuke button in Episode 2, Level 1 works properly.
4. The end of the Secret Level now returns you to Episode 2, Level 2.

*** Installation Instructions

1. You must own a registered or legally purchased copy of Duke Nukem 3D
or Duke Nukem Atomic in order to play Bgame Productions' SST_TC.
2. You must already have Bgame Productions' Starship Troopers TC fully
installed and configured.
3. Assuming you meet the prior two requirements, you may run this
Installation file and install to the directory in which you have
installed Bgame Productions' SST_TC. If you do not remember the
directory, you can choose the 'Browse' option when prompted.
