This a mystery hybrid character save game. This is a non-cheat save game except an exploit to get up RTO the Imperial City Prison Tower.

How you install the save:

like any other... incase you dont know how, here is the way:

1)go into my documents

2)go into my games then oblivion

3)then go in save and extract there
