Description: Quake IV - Fortress

Q4F is a modification for Quake 4 based on the popular QuakeWorld mod Team Fortress. It has most of the gameplay basics of QWTF along with a few updates and a whole new look.

Q4F, like QWTF, does not have a specific timeframe or location, but does inherit Quake 4's rustic future theme. This allows for a wide variety of maps with many varying themes (powerplants, industrial zones, alien planets, medieval structures ). Every map has its own style and gameplay, avoiding the monotony seen in so many modern games.


Players are allowed to choose from among ten player classes to play as. Every class has certain advantages and disadvantages for different situations. All ten classes are described below.
